The service
Harlyn is an AI meeting assistant that joins meetings as a visible participant, transcribes them, answers questions, and performs actions you approve in tools you connect. It is currently offered as a free beta; features may change or be interrupted.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for complying with recording-consent laws in your jurisdiction and for informing meeting participants that Harlyn is present and recording. Only connect tools and accounts you are authorized to use. Don't use Harlyn for unlawful purposes.
AI output
Transcripts, summaries, answers, and extracted commitments are generated automatically and can be wrong. Review before relying on them; actions in connected tools run only after your approval flows, but you own the results.
Liability
The beta is provided "as is", without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for it (zero, during the beta).
